COLOURFUL TRUCKS

It is a well known fact the land of Pakistan flourishes with various forms of arts and crafts and out of many, one wonderful kind is the truck art. So today my post is about the colourful truck or the truck art.In Pakistan the Drivers of the truck love to paint their trucks and invest money to decorate and paint in order to distinguish their artwork. Not only trucks but you will also find customized buses with paintings. Such vehicles are considered to be moving art . Due to unique style of decoration, trucks of Pakistan look different from other trucks decorating styles. In fact truck owners feel very proud if their trucks are in a distinctive style from others. Overall the look of a truck that is ready after décor is very colourful.

Now I talk about the elements and trends that are used in this kind of art are foliage prints, floral motifs, birds, animals, landscapes and portraits of famous people in Pakistan. Along with this some other things are the use of ornaments such as chains that have bells attached so that they ring and produce sound whenever the truck is moving. Mirror work is also done to give it a shiny appearance. Moreover some people also ask the decorators to write verses on the back of the trucks along with the art that are sometimes serious and wise and sometimes really funny and interesting to read for example,

So its all about the colour of truck or truck decoration .

RAINBOW THE ART OF SEVEN COLOURS

A COMBINATION OF SEVEN COLOURS THAT IS RARELY FOUND AFTER RAIN IS CALLED RAINBOW.
AFTER RAIN WHEN THE CLOUDS ARE EMPTY OF WATER AND THE SKY IS CLEAR RAINBOW APPEARS VOILT,INDIGO,BLUE,ORANGE,YELLOW,RED AND GREEN THESE COLOURS OF RAINBOW NOT ONLY MAKE WEATHER PLEASANT BUT IT ALSO ADD MORE BEAUTY TO THE NATURE AS COLOURS ARE THE MAIN INGREDIENT OF THE WORLD OR YOUR LIFE AS WELL,RAINBOW HELPS TO CREATE AND GIVE MORE EFFECT TO THIS WORLD.

THESE SEVEN COLOURS ARE THE MOST COMMON AND LIVELY ONES THAT GIVE YOUR SORROUNDINGS A BETTER  VIEW.

Wedding Extravaganza

A wedding is a ceremony in which two people are united together in a bond or in a relation that will go through their entire life.

Weddings in Pakistan

In Pakistan weddings are not only meant or made to develop a relation between a man or woman but also it creates a bond between their respective families. Here in Pakistan weddings are celebrated at a huge excitement with respect to their customs and traditions,nowadays more functions means more fun and enjoyment not only the relatives are involved in the ceremony but the whole surroundings that are linked with bride and groom their families,relatives,friends,neighbours and everyone around them.
    Pakistani weddings are composed of many functions nowadays but mostly practised functions are;

• Dholki
• Mayon
• Mehandi
• Shadi
• Valima or reception

Dholki:  

           A function that is celebrated before mayon or the first function that start the wedding. Dholki is a popular ceremony of singing traditional wedding & popular songs accompanied by two or three instruments Dholak being the main.Everyone take part in the dance performances which create more fun and enjoyment to the whole function, relatives of both bride and groom's family prepare proper performances for the next event or function that is mostly  mayon or mehandi.

Mayon:

        Mayon is basically celebrated at bride's place in which the family follows customs and traditions of their religion and belonging of a society that they are living in.Ordinarily bride's friends and relatives get unitedly at her home and they celebrate this happening event by singing songs and other fun stuffs. In this function the bride is dressed in a yellow traditional dress.The day also includes the henna where the women put mehandi designs on each others hand.

Mehandi: 

        This ceremony is typically takes place one or two days prior to the main wedding day. The event is traditionally held separately for the bride and the groom, and henna is placed on the couple's hands. The groom's friends and family bring along sweets and henna for the bride, and the bride's family does the same for the groom. On the bride's ceremony the groom normally does not participate and similarly, on the groom's event the bride stays at home.

 

Shadi:

     The main day of the wedding is called shadi, which is the bride's reception. The bride's family is responsible for the reception and arrangements on this day. It is an event when two souls are unite together as one. The bride's get rukhsat from her home and they both start a new life after getting married. The guests are invited to the event to show their presence in the happiness of  newly married couple. People bless the couple with their prayers and best wishes.

 

 Valima / Reception:

         This is the final day of the wedding held by couple as they host their first dinner as husband and wife. The groom's family invites all of the guests for a feast at their place or a marriage hall.
The bride wears a heavily decorated dress with gold jewellery provided by the groom's family.Typical colour palettes are pastel shades.The Western equivalent to the walima would be the reception, though walima's are held the day after the shadi.

 

 

 

 

Fashion V/S Vulgarity

“FASHION V/S VULGARITY”

Fashion in our society now considered or called as style .Fashion is whatever style is adopted by the human’s .Being fashionable is now being sensible. A person who follows trends nowadays is considered as being versatile or sensible and the person who does not follow fashion is not considered as simple but he is considered as being non fashionable, he or she is not up to the mark. The people in our society treat such people very badly or do not match the living trends or custom of the society.

But on the other hand if we see our surrounding fashion does not seems to be trendy but it is growing towards vulgarity being exposed like in this picture.

Nowadays being fashionable is not being fashionable is not being trendy but it is being vulgar. People who expose or move toward nudity or wear non suitable clothes are considered as Fashionable these days.

There are some people who consider fashion as consider them posses’ backward approach. They think that the person who follows fashion is rich, and he/she is against religion. But some peoples thinks that they have to wear that which suits on them like in this picture u can see that girl she is confident of his dressing.

As a matter of fact fashion does not always means vulgarity .This is a need of society but fashion must carry out in a certain limit. It is not the matter of religion but we should despise and discourage all nudity. Fashion can be carried out in an elegant way. Therefore it concluded that fashion must be followed by everyone but keeping in mind our religion and whatever suits us. The dress should be dignified & not provocative.

Roses are the most well know flower for expressing your emotions. Throughout the years, the meanings behind the various colors of roses have become known.

The rose has, for many years been a symbol of love and affection.,throughout the Renaissance era.

Now I tel you the language of some rose flowers which are as follows.

Red is the most commonly given color of roses. Red signifies love and passion. Dark red is the rose for lovers, while bright red roses symbolize passion, and desire.

Yellow roses have meant jealousy in the past, but today the yellow rose is a way of showing friendship, and sympathy.

Orange roses symbolize an expression of pride or achievement, while peach or light pink roses signify appreciation and can mean desire at time

Pink roses symbolize elegance or romance. Pink roses are not as serious as the traditional red, and can simply mean admiration. Light pink roses can be a way of showing sympathy and friendship, whereas dark pink is symbolic of appreciation. A mixture of pink and red roses symbolize a romantic relationship

White roses are commonly used for the bride's roses. They symbolize unity, loyalty, purity, and true love. White roses can be mixed with red roses to expand the meaning of love.

Purple roses are normally represented with the fantasy aspect of culture. They can symbolize eternal love, intimacy, and also are appropriates for wedding anniversaries, over 20 years. They also are considered as a memorial flower for the loss of a spouse.

Black roses commonly are symbolic of death, sometimes being viewed as a bad omen.

Many colors of roses come in different shades, which can have different meanings. If you are unsure of a certain color, or if you have many feelings to express, a mixture of different colors  in one bouquet is a great way to express many emotions.:) J

Apart from rose colors, If a rose is almost fully bloomed, it is a way of saying "I will always love you," and a rose bud is usually given in new relationships.
